DON'T PANIC! It only looks impossible. It took me two full years to get up the courage and set aside the time to finally write my first business plan. Once I started writing I discovered it was really not that difficult.

One of the required items was the business description. Within that section was to be a description of the competition. Easy. The reason I knew my idea was a winner was because there was very little competition in the immediate and surrounding area. I simply did a short write up describing those businesses and added a quick comparison showing how my idea differed from and improved upon those existing businesses. One section was completed.

That wasn’t so hard. With newfound confidence I forged ahead to the next section. Marketing. More specifically defining my target market. A couple of paragrahs described my target market and customer. Voila! Another section completed.

Believe me once you write your first section the rest of it starts to fall into place and off you go! You are that much closer to starting your own small business! And remember, you don't need to figure it all out yourself. I show you the step-by-step techniques so that you can write your own business plan.
